How soon will I receive my cash bonus after signing with an agent?If you are selling a home, your bonus cash can be kicked back into the deal as either cash to you, or an additional commission rate reduction. Either way, you will receive your cash bonus as soon as your property sells. If you are buying a home, you will receive your pre-determined cash bonus as soon as you close on your new home.
