Fill out your custom listing or buyers agreement by answering the brief number of questions we provide, and to the best of your knowledge. This is your opportunity to define the terms of your agent agreement, rather than the agent defining the terms. Giving you definitive control over the selling or buying process right from the start.
After completing your custom listing or buyers agreement, click 'submit'. A RabbitSell Concierge will be in touch soon after to ensure you find an agent that truly satisfies your needs. Your RabbitSell Concierge is a certified industry leader, here to help you navigate pitfalls and secure proposals from agents with your best interests in mind.
Next, your RabbitSell Concierge promotes your listing or buyer agreement to top real estate agents. Based on the terms of your agreement, agents submit proposals, competing to represent you and your needs. You remain entirely anonymous throughout the process, as you screen proposals from agents who do their best to meet your demands.
Once you find the agent or agents who you feel best meet your qualifications and terms, your RabbitSell Concierge will provide you their contact information. So that you can meet them before deciding if they're the right fit. Once you approve of an agent, you'll both sign and your dedicated agent will get to work meeting the terms of your agreement.
Upon the sale or purchase of your home, you will receive any cash back offer previously defined by your agent agreement. And because your agent agreement is so valuable, qualified agents are willing to pay for it.
